How to Login to the Student Portal

How to Login to the Student Portal

All students are issued with a Username and Password upon initial enrolment. Your Username will always be your student ID number. After the first time you login to your account, you will be asked to change your password.

To login to the Student Portal

a) Go to the Student Portal website - http://my.navitas-professional.edu.au

b) Click on the Login button as highlighted in the screenshot below.

 

 

c) You will then be taken to the following log in screen. Please enter your Username (student ID) and Password in the required fields, and then click Log in.

ACAP Students

  1. ACAP Students will notice the ACAP Logo on the top left of screen once they have logged into the Student Portal.

NCPS Students

  1. For NCPS Students, the portal interface will have the NCPS logo on the top left of screen.

HSA students

  1. For HSA Students, the portal interface will have the HSA logo on the top left of screen.

Changing your password

Choose a strong Password:

  • Your password should be at least eight characters and contain at least one number, uppercase and lowercase letter.
  • You cannot use your name in your password.
  • Don't use easily obtained information such as your initials, name, birth date, user name, etc.
  • Don't use word or number patterns (abcdef, 123456)

DON'T share your Password:

  • We will never contact you by phone or e-mail and request your password. Do not give your password to ANYONE claiming to be a Navitas or College staff member. This includes e-mail messages that ask you to click on a link to log into your account.
