How to re-enrol online

Enrolment through Student Portal

a) Log into the Student Portal, and click on the 'Enrolment' tab, as shown below.

 

The 'Enrolment' page will open, as shown below. The top section shows your name, ID, course enrolment, the term for which you are enrolling and the number of days left until enrolment closes.

 

The bottom section of the page 'Add new unit(s)/module(s)' block shows the modules that are recommended as your next study sequence. You can see tabs at the top of the listings for "Year 1" and any other years you have or can complete.

 

The ‘Status’ column on the far-right indicates whether the module is available to you for enrolment (Available), whether you are currently enrolled into the module (Pending), or whether you have already completed the module (Completed).

 

b) To enrol in a particular module and class, click on the 'Choose class' link next to the relevant unit/module, as highlighted below.

 

c) Once you have clicked 'Choose class' a pop-up will show you all the classes available for this module. Choose the mode/campus, class day and time, by clicking on the ‘Select’ option in the corresponding column. Once you have selected a class, click 'Add class and continue'.

 

 
d) Once you have added the class, your selection will appear under 'Add new unit(s)/module(s)' block, and you will be notified by a System Message as circled below.

 

e) Repeat the above process until you have selected all the modules you wish to enrol into for next term.

 

Confirming enrolment and payment type

Once you are happy with your module/class selection, select the payment type, then click the button 'Submit unit(s)/module(s) for Enrolment'.

Your screen will refresh and the confirmed modules/classes will show in the ‘Current enrolments for this term' section, as shown below.

 

 

Varying your enrolment

During the enrolment period, you may drop and add modules. If you wish to drop a module or have made a selection error, click on the 'X Remove' that corresponds with that module/class, as shown below.

 

 

Selecting Payment type

a) Once you are happy with your module/class selection, select the payment type (see bottom of the following image, Step 2 > Review selected unit(s)/module(s).

 

b) Click the button 'Submit unit(s)/module(s) for Enrolment'.

 

Your screen will refresh and the confirmed unit/modules will show in the 'Current enrolments for this term' section.
