How to update your personal contact details

How to update your personal contact details

To avoid missing out on essential information from your college, if you have a change of home address, email address or phone number, please update your personal details as soon as possible. 

1. Log in to the student portal at http://my.navitas-professional.edu.au

2. Click on the ‘Personal Details’ tab at the top of the page.

3. Update your personal details as accurately as possible in the allocated spaces.

4. Click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page.

Changing your password

Choose a strong Password:

  • Your password should be at least eight characters and contain at least one number, uppercase and lowercase letter.
  • You cannot use your name in your password.
  • Don't use easily obtained information such as your initials, name, birth date, user name, etc.
  • Don't use word or number patterns (abcdef, 123456)

DON'T share your Password:

  • We will never contact you by phone or e-mail and request your password. Do not give your password to ANYONE claiming to be a Navitas or College staff member. This includes e-mail messages that ask you to click on a link to log into your account.
